At this time, I am a one-person team. This careers page exists because one day, that might change!

I'm not looking to build the next tech unicorn. What I am looking to create is a product that I, and hopefully others, enjoy using.

There are some incredible photography platforms out there. I've used them! But they didn't meet my needs at a price that made sense. That's why Phodo was born.

To be honest, I can't stand the idea of working 40 hours per week. We'll keep our work week to four days while paying the equivalent of five so you can go out and enjoy your life.

Slow pace, high standards
Consistency over urgency.

No artificial deadlines to "encourage" you to work faster. If you're hired, then it means I trust you to do quality work at a sustainable pace.

Remote-first, intentionally
Work from where you are most comfortable.

Phodo is remote-first because that is my preferred way of working. I do see value in the occasional in-person get-together. It wouldn't be required, but depending on the destination, it might be hard to say no.

Transparency is a core value
Building trust with our customers is key to our success.

Customers should know where their data is, how it's being used, and be in complete control of it at all times. This is a central theme in the Phodo's design.
