What happens to my account if I do not subscribe?

Phodo has a strict limit on the number of users we support. If you do not subscribe at the end of your trial, your data will be cleaned up to make space for new users.

What if I need more storage?

You can upgrade, or downgrade your plan at any time. Your data will remain in your account as long as you have an active subscription.

How do I know how much storage I have left?

You can view your storage in the dashboard. We try and make it as easy as possible to manage your storage.

Why is there a limit on new accounts?

We cap signups so our team can keep up with support for everyone already on Phodo. Limiting growth helps us respond quickly and give real help instead of stretching support too thin.
